DESCRIPTION: Inbound and Outbound call fielding to assist with membership sales, donations, surveys, information updates.
Ideally you are a strong advocate for charities, possibly even fundraised for them in the past. You understand human rights, politics, and environmental issues and are excited to talk about it all with your social circles. You have a quiet space in your home. You have previous experience in call centers, retail (sales/cashier) or restaurants (server/barista/bartender). You are eager and passionate about creating real lasting change for people across Canada and across the world.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Full-time hours
Work with charities and make a big impact on peoples lives.
Full time Shift: 12:30 to 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS:
Space to work from home
Police Background Check
High speed dedicated hard-wired internet connection
Google Chrome
USB Headset
A quiet workspace with the ability to close the door
Up to date Windows computer
ASSETS YOU MAY HAVE:
Bilingual with fluent French an asset
Call center experience
Customer service experience
Fundraising experience with a charity
Political awareness
Knowledge of human rights
Knowledge of environmental issues

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
